MUSHROOM BRIYANI

Heat cooker add for oil 4 tsp and 3 tsp of ghee than pattai,clove,sombu,curry leaves Fry onions green chillies till pink in colour, fry till they crackle, Corriander leaves mint leaves now add ginger/garlic onion paste & continue to fry on low heat for 2-4 mins, add the ground ingredients & fry on low heat till you get a nice aroma
